Rachel Karnovsky, PsyD

Call me Rachel

I am a Clinical Psychologist, dedicated to the well-being and happiness of my patients. I am also a daughter, sister, wife and mother. When I work with patients, I am all of these things. I aim to connect on a human level and approach psychotherapy as a shared venture, built upon mutual trust and respect.

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage.”

– Brene Brown

Why Do I Provide Integrative Psychotherapy?

Self-awareness and personal growth flourish when patients gain insight into how their symptoms were formed and maintained over time, and in the full context of their unique personhood. With sensitivity and a focus on self-acceptance, I urge patients to consider the roles they play in their conflicts, so they can find healing through active change.
