1. Where is your office located?

I offer in-person sessions on (15th October 2024) at my office in Madison Square Park: 51 E 25th Street, New York, NY 10010. I am also available for remote sessions on (15th October 2024) through Zoom/Teams.

2. Do you treat minors?

My practice primarily serves emerging adults, individual adults and adult couples.

3. How long is each therapy session?

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions because I find them to be more thorough and effective than the standard practice of 45-minute sessions.

4. How long should I expect to engage with therapy?

Therapy duration varies based on individual patient goals and progress. Some of my patients resolve their symptoms within several months, while others maintain therapy long-term to keep symptoms at bay and manage life’s evolving challenges.

5. Do you take insurance?

No. However, therapy sessions might qualify for full or partial reimbursement through your health insurance policy or employee benefits package. Please contact your provider to verify coverage details for psychotherapy services. Here are questions I recommend asking your insurance provider to determine benefits and compensation requirements.
