Payment Options

I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal.

Insurance Policy

While I do not accept insurance as a form of payment, therapy sessions might qualify for full or partial reimbursement through your health insurance policy or employee benefits package.

Please contact your insurance provider or HR professional to verify your plan’s coverage and compensation terms for psychotherapy services.

Free Consultation

As the initial step of our partnership, I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation. During this time, we introduce ourselves and discuss the general overview of your therapeutic goals. This call also serves as your opportunity to ask questions and gauge patient-provider compatibility.

What Should I Ask My Insurance Provider About Psychotherapy Benefits?

I recommend asking these questions of your insurance provider to determine psychotherapy benefits and compensation requirements:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
  • What does the reimbursement process look like?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, please cancel at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid being charged for the full session.
